The Protein Candy Fuel Your Summer Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Pro Candy Inc. ("Protein Candy" or the "Sponsor").
The Contest begins on July 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on August 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec) and the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants under the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate and claim a prize.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members (and members of the same household) of Pro Candy Inc. and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Agreement to Official Rules
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
During the Contest Period:

Like the official Giveaway post.

Comment on the Giveaway post and tag at least one (1) friend.
Each additional comment must tag at least one (1) different friend to receive one (1) additional entry. Tagging the same person multiple times or posting duplicate comments may result in disqualification.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, fake accounts, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified.
Comments that are unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or these Official Rules may be removed or disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Optional Bonus Entry
Participants may receive one (1) bonus entry by commenting the designated keyword on the Giveaway post and successfully completing the optional email signup through Protein Candy's automated Instagram (ManyChat) direct message.
Participation in the ManyChat email signup is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win.
Maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Fuel Your Summer Prize Pack, consisting of Protein Candy products and branded merchandise.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): US$200.
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be substituted by the Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on or about August 11, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted only via direct message from the official @ProteinCandy Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours.
If the selected entrant fails to respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Canadian winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question where required by applicable law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity, age, residency, or compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a prize.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Protein Candy permission to use their first name, city, province/state, likeness, photograph, and/or social media content related to the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest and contacting potential winners.
Participants who voluntarily provide their email address through the optional ManyChat signup consent to receive marketing emails from Protein Candy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in future emails.
Submitting an email address does not increase a participant's odds of winning.

General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the administration, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts, automated methods, or fraudulent activity.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to this Contest.
